Refund was promised and never issuedMy wife, [redacted], booked a room at this hotel for us from June 3, 2016 to June 5, 2016 through [redacted] itinerary # XXXXXXXXXXXXX. During our stay we never received any room service and our room was left a mess with no clean towels. I complained about it however the problem was not resolved. On our last morning when we were trying to get ready to check out a younger middle eastern man kept banging on our door and asked us every 5 minutes when we were planning to leave so he could clean the room. I told him we would be leaving in about an hour but he kept bothering us every 5-10 minutes. I complained to the front desk about the lack of room service and constant harassment by the cleaning staff and demanded at least a partial refund for our room. I was told because it was booked through [redacted] that a manager would need to process the refund the next day when they were available and told I would get a phone call once completed. I never received a phone call or a partial refund as promised.Desired SettlementI would a refund of $80 off the $181 paid for the room as compensation for the lack of room service which we paid for and harassment by the young male from the middle east constantly asking us when he could clean out room. I was promised a refund and am asking for a higher amount now that I have to take to time to file a complaint.
