Hello, we've received a complaint claiming that our dear customer has failed to receive her refund for a returned productAfter further investigation, and as per our records, we have indeed issued a full refund to her account back onto the Credit Card from which the item was purchasedThe Refund
was issued on the *** of February for the amount of $Being that it shows up as the refund was issued, I would kindly advise the customer to please provide me some sort of evidence that the refund amount has indeed not been received, and we'll be glad to try again(such as CC company)I'm greatly looking forward in resolving this issueThanks Fraidy
