My air conditioning stopped working so I called Comfort Works to come and fix the problem. They found out that the drain pipe was clogged and they cleaned it out and charged me for it. I wrote them a check. This was 2 months ago. Today my air conditioning stopped working again and I called my regular repair company. When they came out they found out they four the drain pipe to be clogged again. They had to clean it out 3 times and got stuff out of it each time. When we asked him how long that buildup had been there he had estimated a year. We call we Comfort Works and got no satisfaction at all.
