3 strikes, you're out. As a long time customer of Comfort Zone, that serviced both my business and home, I have given up on them. They used to be reliable, so much so that I recommended them to 7 other people, who in turn have used their service. On behalf of all of them, as well as myself, I can no long consider them good in any way. They have flat out missed emergency appointments at my business - TWICE. They never did come. A couple of weeks ago, my home AC stopped working. I called them and they came out 4 days later. They finally told me I needed a part, and after a week of waiting in the heat, they told me they still didn't have the part. I ended up buying the part myself which arrived in 24 hours. Turns out that this part was NOT to be the problem. I called someone else, and even though it was 6pm, they came out in 30 minutes and found the solution.

The final word about Comfort Zone, is they have become EXTREMELY unreliable, and incompetent. With little or no concern for the long time customers, they are now a company that I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
