A letter was sent to those all patients with a credit in January 2015 letting they know they had a credit on their account and that they have a set amount of time to respond before the credit is turned over to the state as unclaimed property. Our records indicate that a letter was sent to [redacted] and we did not receive aresponse or returned mail from the patient. I am rejecting this response because: The response from Baldwin Park Family Dental didn't address or even acknowledge my complaint which is "being sent a past due notice months after the service performed was PAID IN FULL".  My issue has nothing to do with the dental work performed.  I paid my bill and have receipts showing the bill was paid in full back in February of 2016.  Here it is 15 months later and Baldwin Park Family Dental continues to claim that I owe them money and even sent my account to a collection agency.  I don't know what else to do which is why I contacted the Revdex.com for assistance.  Thank you.
