Comfortable living ac was sent to my residence by my home warranty company, One Guard Home Warranty to repair my central air conditioningI pay a $service fee each time they come outThe unit starts blowing warm air a few days later, they come back at their convenience a day or later with the same resultsThe last call was they stated days to check unitAC is currently out and they hang up when called now
Another concern is they keep pumping Rinto this unitAccording to EPA website the unit needs to be leak checked before refill?
So we are out $for service calls and excessive utility bills and no better off than start
Today they didn't hang up but refuse to come out again!

We had a great experience with Don at Comfortable Living AC & Heating...from the initial call, diagnosis of problem, ordering of parts, to the actual repair! Professional & personable!

On 9-22- I sent via U.SCertified Mail my complaint to Comfortable Living Air Conditioning & Heating, it was returned to me by the Post Office after approximately a month because they would not claim it I then sent my same complaint by regular mail two weeks ago, and have had no response
Back on March 30, I had said company out to my home through my Home Warranty Company to Tumy Air Conditioning Unit before the hot weather arrivedAt that time they assured me my unit was fineI relied on their expertise that the work was completed correctlyThey even wrote it down on my invoices
On July 11, I noticed only two Floor Registers were blowing air, and the rest of the Ducts had dropped down because they were full of condensationWhen The Tech and Trainee previously were out in March 30,, no one bothered to drain the Condensation Line

Great service and quality serviceman Also I signed up for the yearly check and after the first check I noticed a small problem with my AC drainage pipe and they came right out and fixed it

Don was PUNCTUAL, HONEST AND FAIR!! He came and gave us a quote for another run of ducting in a house built in The price was fair and we scheduled the work to be doneHe was punctual and professional in his appearanceHe did the work and when he was finished the bill was LESS than he quoted because one of the things he thought we might need in the original quote was not necessary once he got into the job so he subtracted that from our billWe would have NEVER known one way or anotherI APPRECIATE his HONESTY!!! THANK YOU DON!!!
Will will ONLY call Comfortable Living for any repairs or maintenance in any of our housesHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a customer of a home warranty company we are contracted with. Our first visit to this was on 6/3/16, we had to do some wire repairs, the system was running good when we left. We got another request for service on 6/7/16, we adjusted a thermal expansion valve, added 1lb of R-22, replaced a...

failed dual run capacitor in the outdoor unit, and added a hard start kit. We saw no signs of any refrigerant leaks at this time. This is a very old system, which is why they are having alot of issues. They didn't pay us anything , their home warranty company pays for everything. We closed down for the holiday weekend, July 2nd- July5th, so we didn't realize their home warranty company had sent another request to our company. We called them July 5th and they said they didn't need service because they paid another contractor outside of the home warranty network to fix the air conditioning. Then they proceeded to call us on Friday July 8th and threaten us with lawsuits and negative reviews everywhere because the air conditioner broke again. We were not the last ones to work on it. The contractor that took their money on July 2nd to "fix" the air conditioning should be responsible for going back out to repair it. They are not our customer, we simply get contracted by their home warranty company. We are also a small company and deal with a high volume of work, so sometimes people have to wait a few days for service. If they can't wait, they should find someone else. The home warranty company they have is contracted with 13 different Air Conditioning companies. This complaint isn't valid because we didn't repair the air conditioning on July 2nd, they paid another contractor, they should be taking this up with that company, not us.

I have already settled this matter financially with the Customer. We came to an agreement about a week ago and she is happy now.

Same day resolution, the technician was quickly dispatched and my A/C issue were resolved the same day. Replacement part will be covered under warranty (demonstrates honesty).

I will be recommending Comfortable Living to everyone.

This company was great - [redacted] visited our home when our AC was down - part of a Home Warranty - the first company that was assigned was unable to come out at all today and we were up close to 90 degrees in the morning. [redacted] came within a few hours, was courteous informative and took care of the problem. We needed a capacitor and some additional coolant. Even though I had it serviced a few months ago, the other company didn't catch the 1.5 lbs low on coolant. I would highly recommend this company. Job well done!
