We understand that our customer may not have understood that this register was a made to order item so we authorized a return under our standard return policy While we try to make products like this available, the value of the product wasn't worth alienating our customer I'm under the understanding that she accepted the return offer.Walter

Hi,We don't like to charge a restock fee to our customers but we are getting charged a 20% restock from the manufacturer ourselves. If we don't pass on the fee we are charged, we stand to lose a lot of money.That being said, if you can provide something that shows that State Water Heaters

typically stocked in great quantities at our ship-from warehouseHowever, with a recent surge in orders for this particular product, our stock was depleted before we were able to compensateThe reason why we weren't able to ship your order was because of this depleted stock level, which is obviously our fault ENTIRELYThe reason your order wasn't going to be able to ship until Wednesday was because of our company's transfer schedule, which does not typically run on Tuesdays (we did have this part in-stock in another warehouse of ours); again, our problem, not yoursNow, the ironic part about all of this is that for some reason, our transfers DID end up running on Tuesday, so your part ended up shipping out yesterday (Tuesday, 11/7/2017), HOWEVER, I just checked the tracking information and UPS had a late flight which has caused a delayFor this reason, as well as all the troubles you have had, I have refunded all of your shipping on your order.I want you to know that this is NOT how we usually operateObviously, if we operated like this on a regular basis, ComfortGurus.com would have been out of business years ago when we openedThis was simply one of those fluke orders where everything that can possibly go wrong, went wrongAgain, I SINCERELY apologize for the poor communication that also took place while processing your orderShould you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to either call me direct at 866-519-or email me at [email protected] appreciate your time and business and you should see that refund within 2-business days in your accountThank you!Best Regards,Carter M***Online Sales ManagerComfortGurus.com

We had a stocking level issue with this item and also had a misunderstanding about a vendor minimum for the vendor that supplied this customer's itemThe customer's order was canceled just before we got a correction on the vendor minimumAfter all that, we were able to find the missing product in
our warehouse and notified the customerThe order was re-placed and the item was delivered two days later with upgraded shippingWe do all we can to prevent cancellation of orders but in some cases, we have no choiceWe hope this customer is now happy with the product we sent him, we appreciate his business
