We had Precision Air install our new Hybrid HVAC system as well as some insulation through the TVA programThey did an excellent job with the installation and went above and beyond by replacing the bad duct work that had been installed by a different company Since we have had the new unit we have noticed a huge improvement on comfort and on savings!
On August 3rd, 2015, Precision Air installed a 2-stage Daiken split system in our homeWe had been using Precision Air in the past to service our old system, but it had reached the point that it needed to be replacedThe install went well and we were pleased with the new systemHowever, after about a week, we noticed that the system did not appear to by cycling on and off properly, so we called Precision Air to come out and take a look at itThe technician arrived promptly on time and quickly identified and corrected a minor wiring issue that was causing a "miscommunication" between the thermostat, the inside unit and the outside unitThe system has since performed exactly as expectedWe have been very pleased with the service and response that we have gotten from Precision Air over the years and look forward to continuing to do business with them
In getting estimates for a job, Precision Air was the lowestWhen I called to schedule, they came the next dayThe Guys were professional, did the work in a day, didn't leave a mess and even checked back to see if I had any problems or questions thru the whole process, Precision Air has been very reliable
Repaired a faulty starter motor capacitor have a service agreement and warranty repaired promptly mistakenly sent a bill but installation manager called and said it was a mistake and disregardThey also repaired my faith in the company the technicians are better than other companies I have worked with in the last couple of decades,
Precision Air installed the geothermal unit and it is excellent
