I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,he is not giving good reasons he's hiding behind these so called patient privacy laws obviously I'm allowing my records to be looked at as the patient I would have not contacted th Revdex.com he's not responding because he is only worried about making money from people and in a dishonest way I noticed when o was in his office that 99.9% of the customers that were there were not English speaking and they were arguing with the receptionist about fees and charges because they felt ripped off and the work, so that concerned me the first time I was there then when this happened to me I knew I was gonna have a hard time with this dentist. My main complaint is he did not do 2500.00 of dental work in my mouth so why would he expect me to pay for work that was not done and or completed I feel anyone in their right mind would feel the same way especially someone as myself on a fixed income. My hope is that he would only charge me for a partial root canal because that is all he did and that was not completed.

complaint involves confidential healthcare related issues I can not respond in any detail. To do so would violate patient privacy laws.
Despite my attempts, I have been unable to resolve this issue with the patient directly. I am a CDA member and as such R[redacted] can request Peer Review. As a CDA member I am obligated to comply with the findings of of the peer review committee. R[redacted] can initiate peer review by contacting my local dental sociaty at San Fernando Valley Dental Society.
