I have nothing but good things to say about Comia Home Builders. I had them install triple crown molding in my entire home and the quality of the work was off the charts. The cuts were very precise, the caulk and paint jobs were excellent, and they took extra care to make sure they did not damage my walls or hardwood floors while they were working. The workers were on time and friendly. Scott, the owner of the company, personally stopped by several times throughout the project to check on the job to ensure the work lived up to his very high standards. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely the best company of its kind to work with! Sat down with my wife and me to discuss project, give time table and explain costs and materials to be used. Worked with our insurance people and Scotts knowledge became clear to them as well. Could not ask for more!

The windows purchased being installed in 2011Sep. The frame bowed up, the latches are not worked by. They blaming the settling of the house (it 30 year old house so that is very unlikely) and/ or installer company. I am going to file claim on installer as well, because none of the companies seam have any customer care. After long discussions and sending photos back and forth no one showed up to check the problem and/ or recognize what happen. I am not a builder I cannot tell what is wrong with it, except that it is falling apart and I need to fix it. Even if I need to pay to fix it, the bottom line. It is unsafe to have it the way it is. No response to multiple messages, no suggestions just one way communication.

We needed to replace our roof after it was determined to have damage from recent storms. I was fortunate enough to have the roof replaced by Comia Home Builders & Roofing Inc.. The entire process was easier than expected with the help of Comia Home Builders & Roofing Inc.. They beat competitors pricing in the area. The work was done fast. Clean up was great. I've had no problems with the new roof. The attention to detail was above what I expected. The craftsmanship is above and beyond others I have witnessed. I would definitely recommend Comia Home Builders & Roofing Inc. for any of your roofing needs. They will be the first I call when I need any repairs or remodeling needed to my home.

Had problems with insurance company regarding replacement of a roof. The owner of Comia Home Builders worked with me over a period of several months identifying to the insurance company exactly what was needed to be replaced. *** worked closely keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. If I need to have another roof installed Comia Home Builders will be the first one my company calls.

I own multiple properties and decided to go with Comia Home Builders for this roof. Due to the weather being cold I had a very small window(1 day) to get a roof put on. I had a new tenant moving in the following weekend as well. Comia Home Builders showed up when they said they would and had the job completed on time at the price that was quoted. One more thing to add is that I will only use Certainteed shingles on my properties. Comia uses Certainteed shingles and was able to offer me the Integrity Roof System and the Extended SureStart Plus Warranty(50 years labor and material) which not every roofer is certified to offer. This may sound like a paid review or that I am a friend but I have had horrible experiences with roofers in the past and want to save everyone the trouble that I have dealt with. I am very impressed with *** and I highly recommend Comia Home Builders.

Comia Home Builders replaced some siding and did some exterior work when a neighbors trampoline blew into our home. We were amazed at the time they took to sit down and explain our rights as home owners and helped us in dealing with our insurance company to make sure they lived up to their end of our insurance agreement. We have never had a company take the time to walk us through every step of the process. The work they did seamless and quick. I would strongly recommend them for all your remodel and construction needs.

Scott at Comia Home Builders did a great job with my home repair project. He worked hard with my insurance agent to repair all of the damage from a storm and worked with them to get the best solution for us. It was a large project, including roofing, siding, gutters, a fireplace drywall, and tile. Scott personally stopped by the project at every phase to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. They can do it all!

Was also the only one who pointed out a tree that needed to come down. Which he found the people to do for me. He also pointed out a gutter that needed to be replaced as well. Which he also went to the trouble to find the people to fix it. I highly recommend this company. They were professional, timely, clean and did an excellent job!!
