On July 10, Mr [redacted] requested condominium documents for the sale of his property Where is he requesting a delay in the Estoppel till August 1, and to allow time for him to pay for his outstanding condominium fees from the proceeds of the sale Since he was in arrears with condominium fees we can only issue an unclear estoppel We cannot hold requests for close to a year Please see attached original request from Mr [redacted] .On June 13, the lawyer representing Mr [redacted] requested condominium documents for refinancing his property and told the lawyer about the outstanding arrears The lawyer requested we hold the file until the outstanding was paid in fullOn June 23, we received payment from the lawyers to clear the arrears and the lawyers also paid the $requesting updated documents for the refinancing

On July 10, 2015 Mr. [redacted] requested condominium documents for the sale of his property.  Where is he requesting a delay in the Estoppel till August 1, 2010 and to allow time for him to pay for his outstanding condominium fees from the proceeds of the sale.  Since he was in arrears...

with condominium fees we can only issue an unclear estoppel.  We cannot hold requests for close to a year.  Please see attached original request from Mr. [redacted].On June 13, 2016 the lawyer representing Mr. [redacted] requested condominium documents for refinancing his property and told the lawyer about the outstanding arrears.  The lawyer requested we hold the file until the outstanding was paid in full. On June 23, 2016 we received payment from the lawyers to clear the arrears and the lawyers also paid the $210 requesting updated documents for the refinancing.
