Mr*** has made the following compliant to you, about us:
We promised to repair his boat and never did
Used used parts (not new parts)
Took months, whereas the repair was supposed to take days
Used small engine belt
(instead of buying a new one)
He stated, "my boat stopped in the middle of the ocean, till rescue came"
He stated that we ordered smaller seats for him three times
(Also, he has separately accused us of using "old wood that we had in the store" and
"All my seats are broken".)
ATTACHMENT to this letter provides the relevant information to you in this matter, in the same sequence, using the same Item numbers, as listed above
We provided similar information to our credit card processing company, after Mr*** inappropriately asked them to charge back one of the three credit card payments he made to usThey had NO difficulty in reversing the charge back, after they received our input

The information provided by Mr*** is and some of it is even ridiculously absurd
We indeed repaired his boat, in fact three times, completing the work on his boat on 10/13/14, 5/23/and 5/29/We have complete details and description of the work done by us
We did not use "used" partsWe used new partsRather than listing all the new parts, we are mentioning only three, relatively more expensive parts:
1) Upper unit of the outdrive
2) Lower unit of the outdrive
3) New seats acquired from the manufacturer of the production seats, used in Mr***'s boat
3.Took us months, supposed to take days
AIt is quite unrealistic to have completed, all the tasks performed by us, in days
BWe ordered, received and installed the lower and upper outdrives units, in two separate repair cyclesEach, complete operation took 3-weeks
CThe seats supplied by their manufacturer, were received twice, being unsatisfactory the first timeEach turn around took approximately one month
DThere was a significant time-gap between the three repair cyclesEspecially, during the winter the boat was not at our shop for more than two months
EAll the work on his boat was reasonably scheduled and completed by us
We "used small engine belt (instead of buying a new one)"This complaint is preposterous, since we never changed the engine belt in his boatIn fact, for the repair tasks performed by us, we did not have anything to do with it
We did not order smaller seats three times
His statement is baseless
First time, we had the "custom" boat upholstery personnel build the "production" boat seats for his boat, still accommodating his approved budgetHowever, those were NOT satisfactoryThen, we went to the production seats manufacturerThe seats supplied by them the first time were not acceptableWe asked them to supply the seats a second timeThey did and we installed them
(Mr*** has separately accused us of using old wood that we had in the store and "All my seats are broken"
He could not be more wrongNot only the seats were not broken, they were newFurthermore, they were not made of wood, they were plastic.)
