December 8, 2016Dear [redacted] :The tenant called in a heating repair on 11/11/We contracted a company to go out and look at the issueThey responded back that she needed a new heater on or about 1/20/We have no control over when they go to the property for estimatesWe needed to obtain approval from the Owner of the property to have a new unit installedOn 11/22/the tenant was given $to stay at a hotel until 1/25/when the brand new heater was installedThe tenant was without heat for days and will be credited accordingly.If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.Thanks,

November 17, 2015Dear [redacted] :With all do respect to [redacted] we followed all protocols to expedite her rental application accordingly, The supporting documents are enclosed for referenceOur staff contacted [redacted] and informed her she was one of several potential applicants for the unit in questionThe Owner of the property wanted it filled immediately, However, [redacted] had acontingent days or more move in restriction based on her current lease where she was residing.This precluded her from final selectionShe was informed of the decision and had no other interests in any other units, Unfortunately that was the resultShe is welcome to revisit our office and examine other potential units for residency.I am sorry to say that this complaint expresses unhappiness with the result and not the process which is unfair to my companyI wish her the best in her future endeavors, (Please use the enclosed documents and her signature and initials as to what she agreed upon entering the process It requires no further explanation on my part).I consider this case closed at this point, I can be reached at ###-###-#### ext, [redacted] for further commentTrulyA N

Dear *** ***:In response to this complaint, we immediately dispatched a licensed exterminator (***) to the propertyThe results showed no evidence of bed bugsHowever, there were roaches in which we had treated accordinglyThe heating issue (as it is summer) is being addressed
accordingly by a licensed HVAC companyA replacement stove is on the schedule to be delivered by an appliance companyWe are addressing other small issues and will continue to do so as we are notified of them by the tenantHer complaints were addressed as soon as we were notifiedWe are committed to providing quality Service to all our tenants and will continue to do so with all *** ***'s concerns, if any, in the future

obtain approval from the Owner of the property to have a new unit installed. On 11/22/16 the tenant was given $300 to stay at a hotel until 1 1/25/16 when the brand new heater was installed. The tenant was without heat for 13 days and will be credited accordingly.If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.Thanks,

September 19, 2016To Whom It May Concern:According to the tenant lease on page 5 number 21 it states “Tenant must have insurance policies providing at least $10,000 property insurance and $100,000 liability insurance to protect Tenant, Tenant's property and Tenant's guests who may be injured while on the Property. Tenant must maintain this insurance through the entire Term and any Renewal Term. Tenant will provide proof of insurance upon request. Tenant will notify Landlord within 10 days of changes to or cancellation of these policies'. Attached you will find Page 5 of [redacted]'s lease signed. As of 8/28/16  en the letter was sent, tenant was in direct breach of her lease terms.If you have any further issues please feel free to contact me.Thanks,Commerce Real Estate, Inc.

 I never saw the property. Basically they take your money if I would've known that I wouldn't have signed anything it's as if they set you up to get you in a property that you never even get to see.
