Revdex.com April 15, Bryant Woods SouthAmherst, NY 14228Re: [redacted] Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted] To whom it may concern, We are responding to the complaint being brought against our company by [redacted] .Commerce Recovery And Capital Management attempted to contact [redacted] on 4/4/regarding a [redacted] account that was placed in our office on 3/11/Our company left messages for [redacted] on 4/6/and 4/8/ [redacted] called our office on 4/8/and spoke with a representative who was advised to remove phone number ###-###-####The representative removed the phone number and account was then closed and returned to our client as of 4/14/ [redacted] will not receive any further communications from our office.As to the nature of the message that was left, the representative has been given disciplinary action and reiterated this type of collection practice is not our company policy and will not be tolerated.I trust that this information will resolve this matterShould you have further questions, please contact me at ###-###-####.Very truly yours, [redacted] Chief Executive Officer

Based on the statement showing their tactics on my voice mail were not their business practice I would like to make sure the violation is met with the appropriate $1,fine per the FDCPA or have the bill wiped out completely for their egregious errorsMy rights and FTC / FDCPA laws have been violated
