On 6/28/we attempted to reach *** ***’s husband, at
which time we learned he was away with the Military. Per collection law,
when *** *** inquired what the call was for, we had to inform her that if
she was not the power of attorney no more information would be
released
*** ***’s number was obtained through a search for
location information, in an attempt to reach her husbandThis number has been
removed

Services were performed on 3/21/by *** *** of
Erie and was billed to insurance on 3/29/11. As of 1/24/12, no payment
had been received from insurance and the account was placed for
collections. The account was not written off as *** ***
claims. In
January of 2013, *** *** made a payment of $
leaving a balance of $601.70, which he paid on 3/29/16. *** ***
disputed this account with the credit bureau and we inadvertently removed it
from his credit versus marking it as disputed.
If *** *** can provide us with documentation (Explanation
of Benefits) showing insurance had paid this, or documentation that this debt
was eliminated by *** *** of Erie as he claims, we will then
refund the $paid

I am rejecting this response I was aware when $2,deposit into my checking account and was not aware that additional $3,went into my account which I had no ideas how it went into and had to immediate closed my accountI don’t accept any overdrawn drafts fees they charged me because I was not aware that they deposited into my account which bank to bank charge me for fees they can’t trace to get it backI am sorry I don’t accept the overdraft fees that is not my faultI would like to clear this up Thank you!

We have placed a hold on the collection of this account and requested the necessary documentation from the *** group

On 9/18/17, a bank to bank transfer in the amount of $3450.00 was deposited into [redacted]’s account.  This transfer was also approved by [redacted].  On 9/19/17, [redacted] made a cash withdrawal of $3450.00 from her account. On 9/20/17, another bank to bank transfer of $2750.00 was...

deposited into [redacted]’s account which was not withdrawn.  On 9/22/17, both of the aforementioned deposits were recalled by the originating banking institution leaving [redacted] with an overdrawn account. Had the deposit of $3450.00 not been touched [redacted], the overdraft situation would have never occurred.

We will wait for the documentation for review..

The address for [redacted] was obtained through a database while trying to locate another individual with the same name as her husband, and this is the reason she received a letter. [redacted]’s address was also listed to the individual we were trying to locate.  [redacted]’s husband shares...

the same name of the individual we were attempting to reach. [redacted] was correct that this is the only letter received. Additionally, [redacted] is also correct that this was the first call in which contact was made with our office. The representative misspoke when she stated she had talked to her husband at that number as she had not. This issue has been addressed with the representative in question. The address and phone number listed to the [redacted]’s has been removed. This has not, nor will it, affect the [redacted]’s credit.
