I had the most horrible experience with Commercial Bargains .I ordered the ionic foot bath.The machine was defective.There was no way to insert the Arrays ,it had the wrong insert built in.This was ordered for my Massage Therapy business. I contacted Rakuten and they said they would contact the company ...It took them All of May to end of June just to get a return label.There was never a tracking number or contact information for the company .I lost over a month and a half of business do to their shawdy product.Which came from China by the way! they have distribution centers in America to make you think it is from here.When I was finally able to talk to Commercial Bargains I was treated so badly,the woman argued that the machine was not defective,even though it was built without a plug for the Arrays.Still waiting for my money back...Beware of Rakuten and Commercial Bargains...They are shady and the Products from China are not legitimate...Their customer service is awful...

We did receive the product back and did not charge him the restocking fee and have refunded the consumer in full on Sept 24th in the amount of $

Once we have the refund we will be satisfied...they did however send a return label and claim product needs to be inspected before a refund or replacement...we requested a refund and since the product was damaged will expect not to pay the 15% restock feeWill notify once refund is received.

Review: On April 18 I purchased an item from Commercial Bargains, Inc through the Walmart.com website. After receiving the item I decided I no longer wanted it and, without even opening the box that had been mailed to me, began the process of receiving a refund. Because the item could not be returned to a Walmart store I called Commercial Bargains and was told that a customer service representative would e-mail me with instructions.

On April 27 I received an e-mail from Shirah Meyer with those instructions. As instructed, I shipped the item back to Uniworld Foodservice Equipment, Inc. at [redacted] with RMA number [redacted]. I was told that once Uniworld inspected the equipment my refund would be processed. Shipping the item to California cost me $90.33 and, as instructed, I e-mailed Shirah an attachment with the tracking number.

Per the United States Postal Service, the item was received by Uniworld on Friday, May 6 at 12:40pm (tracking number [redacted]). I e-mailed [redacted] the following Monday, May 9, to ask for an update. When I did not receive a reply within 24 hours I e-mailed her again on Tuesday, May 10. On Wednesday, May 11 I finally received a reply noting that "we will contact the manufacture to confirm the return and condition of the unit. Once unit is inspected you will be refunded." On May 12 I asked for an update and received one on May 13 noting that "We are waiting for the inspection report back from the manufacturer. We have put in another request for an update on it." Having now had the item in their possession for one week, an item that had been returned in the exact same unopened box in which it had been shipped to me, I e-mailed [redacted] back on May 13 noting that if the refund was not processed before the close of business on the East Coast on Monday, May 16, I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. As of 4:20pm ET, there has been no reply.Desired Settlement: I am now demanding that I not only be refunded for the full price of the item ($998.99), which I am owed anyway, but also the full cost to me for shipping the item to California ($90.33) for a total of $1,089.32.

Review: Purchased 4 awnings (2) 3' and (2) 6'...all products were missing necessary parts. Had to open all boxes to borrow parts to put together. Parts were bent, parts were broken. Called company- returned message with email to request pictures. Took pictures and emailed. Was then told to send product back for refund.

Called them the next day to see what the 30 day entailed due to them not open on weekends and it being Labor day weekend- that interfered with the 30 day. Was told emailing me the return label, not to worry about the days. -which was good because it was going to cost $101.00 to get the product there by today! We paid $165 for the product.

This non-refundable was NOT on there yesterday!!! Nor did anything on their previous email state it was non-refundable as shown above!! Very dissatisfied with this companyDesired Settlement: return for FULL REFUND and paid shipping label- we do not want another one.
