Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Other then refusing to adjust the overcharge for freon purchased and not delivered, they "spell check" and refuse adjustment, without providing proof of why their charge is valid for pounds of FreonThe best pump is a sealed unit and if leaked all the freon, then their was a problem the equipment, not the absence of Freon In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,*** *** claims that his system only holds lbs FreonHe has a ton heat pump central ac system that includes a condenser (outside his house on ground) an evaporator coil (either in his attic or basement) and all the connecting tubing which connects both unitsA ton
system can use between 9lbs & lbs of Freon to charge the system to factory specs*** *** thinks that only the outside unit holds Freon but he is wrong. *** *** should do his research before accusing us of wrongfully doing our job correctly. P.S.We assume *** *** meant FREON when he writes FRONAnd NO we will NOT REFUND any money back to him . Thank you Action Repair Service Complaint ID#***
