Review: [redacted] at Armada Corp has contacted me at work 2 times since I asked not to me contact me at work, she did again at approx, 9:35am on Monday Oct. 28th 2013Desired Settlement: contact them and tell them not to contact me at work again. I informed [redacted] the Manager of this.

In response to Mr [redacted]'s alleged complaint, [redacted] did attempt contact at Mr. [redacted]'s place of employment on 10-28-2013 for the purpose of obtaining an employment verification. The call went to Mr. [redacted]'s voicemail and she did not leave a message. Mr. [redacted] called back the same day and stated that he did not want further contact at his place of employment. Prior to that, there were attempted calls to the place of employment but no one ever answered. Prior to 10-28-13, there was not a do not contact request. Since, the account has been flagged with no f urther contacts to be made at his place of employment.

I have read Armadas response and it is a total lie she contacted me twice in two weeks at my workplace this is jeopardizing my employment at [redacted] they do not allow contacts from outside sources not related to business of the day I mentioned this to her supervisor [redacted] he was to contact me at 5 o'clock the next business day to make arrangements to settle this I have not been called at myself on between the hours of 5 p.m. And 8 p.m. That's what I specified to go back two years ago they tried to subpoena me to go to court with guarding this matter and they actually put the paperwork in an abandoned vehicle in my neighbors yard. during my last phone conversation with [redacted] regarding this matter she told me that that was my problem not theirs. I was then threatened with legal action and intimidated by said legal action. I asked to talk to her supervisor [redacted] who said he would call me back on 10 2913 regarding this matter no call has been placed I told them that I work from 7 until 430 I do not get home until 5 the only time that I will allow them to call is after 5 p.m. I was told that that probably won't happen because they get off work at 530 not my problem I had then called Armando regarding another incident on my record and tried to make payment arrangements [redacted] cook then threatened to suspend my drivers license if I did not pay the Chelan County debt. I told her that I will make that payment on the 2nd of December. [redacted] with Armada collection Corporation has been calling my work place and has an intimidating me by threatening to suspend my drivers license for a nother matter at this point I have consulted an attorney and have been advised to tell Armada Corporation of East Wenatchee Washington that I am willing to work with them on this matter and and preventing me from filing a civil lawsuit I have been contacted at work over 5 times regarding this matter and I have threatened to have my license suspended and intimidated into paying by [redacted] I asked for employee ID number as required by my attorney and [redacted] cook refused that information as required by law. and to close I am NOT the custodial parent I was never required by this state or the county of Chelan based on my divorce papers his mom is the custodial parent and I am NOT responsible for his medical bills I tried to tell [redacted] and this with Armada collection Corporation of East Wenatchee Washington and she kept interrupting me and saying and yes this is your bail you will pay and that is a direct quote that next time I contact Armada I will be recording every conversation that I have with them they are all liars I asked [redacted] it to put me in contact with the legal department she said that she was out of the office I called her direct line and she wasn't there her name is [redacted] and [redacted] lied to me this company needs to be investigated. I looked up my rights online and they have violated 90 percent of them. thank you for your time

AKA [redacted] and have tried to resolve the issue and they are not willing to take a payment plan first of all [redacted] failed to cancel my home security a few years ago when my mother had a stroke and therefore I don't feel I owe them anything please send a copy of my complaint to Attorney General in the Corps state, FTC and I will be sending it also to who ever regulates collection agencies because they continue to move a collection from agency to agency and do not want to resolve itDesired Settlement: I want them to settle and remove this off my credit report

On 12/15/10 we received a letter from [redacted] stating he was going to take care of the balance. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]?First I have filled multiple complaints against all the companies involved that do not take care of the issue and continue to pass the bucket of blame from one to the other I will appreciate your assistance in trying to resolve the issue and will wait to get a record to properly file with the Attorney General and Small claims since I had a major family emergency I was forced to move out of state my initial request was simple freeze my account and yes I am legally blind but at no time did I say I was paralyzed from the neck down that would be my mother and as far as [redacted] I do not have any family relatives with that name again it goes to show how ignorant and rude they are and failure to resolve issues Revdex.com I would like to file for Arbitration if possible thought your Bureau

Review: I been trying to resolve an issue with this company for several years in 2010 I was living here in Las Vegas my mother had a stroke in California and I moved to cali later on she came down with other health issues. I contacted the company to cancel my services and the company kept billing I am asking that they do the right thing that should have been done back them instead of screwing my credit reportDesired Settlement: I want the company to fix the error and get a solution towards all three credit bureaus
