Good Morning,This reply is in response to Mr [redacted] unsatisfactory rejection on Tuesday, July 19thWe had the owner, [redacted] , reach out directly to Mr [redacted] to further discuss that both the technician and [redacted] , the manufacturer, could not identify a problem with Mr [redacted] ' hot tub on our second visit on July 19th, as the hot tub was apparently not cooling down when exposed to summer temperatures [redacted] has confirmed that him and [redacted] spoke on July 26th and agreed that his hot tub is working properly as it should be in the summer season, which was also confirmed by [redacted] to our service departmentIf Mr [redacted] needs any other assistance for his hot tub in the future, our service department is more than happy to assist him to ensure his hot tub is working properly at all times

We reached out to Ms*** in regards to the delay of the completion of the outdoor kitchen purchased by *** ***The parts ordered were not delivered on time by the supplier, causing a frustrating time frame for Ms*** and Ms*** in which we truly understandOnce the parts
arrived, our delivery team went back out the day before Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving and we have now confirmed with Ms*** that the gas grill is hooked up and working properly as it shouldWe apologize the outdoor kitchen delivered was not installed with the proper parts correctly the first timeThe issue has been resolvedPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do for you

I first complained to this agency in October At the time I had purchased an outdoor kitchen from this company and it had not been delivered for more than weeksWhen it was subsequently delivered it was not converted from propane to natural gas as agreedWe were told they were having difficulty obtaining the "conversion kit" We were later told by a worker that the part had never been orderedEventually as a resolution two separate sets of workers came out to convert the grill from propane to natural gasBoth groups of individuals stated they were unsure of how to accomplish the work, but ultimately we were told the work had been completedSince the weather has become come conducive grilling we had begun trying to use the grillWe have been unable to get the grill to light using the ignitor and the grill has never reached temperatures above degreesWe contacted an independent contractor to inspect the grill and show us how to use itUpon inspection he stated the grill was not converted from propane to natural gas, the grill was wire incorrectly and the lights were not able to be turned off and the grill cover and rotisserie mount were screwed on backwardsThe grill has been repaired and we have received instruction on its proper operation.I would like a refund of the $I paid to have grill converted and the incorrect wiring corrected*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** SALES RECEIPT BILL TO *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** DATE 05/14/PMT METHOD Check ACTIVITY QTY RATE AMOUNT Service Outdoor Kitchen Converted grill from LP to NGConnected electricity properlyLow flame adjustedTOTAL AMOUNT RECEIVED BALANCE DUE $

We received your complaint to the Revdex.com. I want to apologize for the lack of
communication. I did my best to keep you
updated on the progress of your project, but you did not go months without
communication. There were
periods of
time when we weren't working on your project because of weather or when we were
getting the tree situation handled. In
regard to the trees, we did not damage the treesYou had a tree service come
in to trim them and it was not done correctlyWe had to pay for a tree
disposition from the city because of someone else's mistake. In regard to the damage to the gate and
internet cable, if you look at the attached terms and conditions for your
project, it says that we are not responsible for damages to utilities and
access ways. That includes the gate and
cable line. The deck has been fixed
I spoke with Ryan and he says it's fine that you pay
everything except the salt system that was not delivered. The amount for that is $The total
due is $21384.54. Please let me know if

I Lesley, the Service Manager at Richards Total Backyard Solutions have spoken with the customer and with Joy on this issue.  Joy is no longer in the service department.  I gave Mr. Gilmore a discount of $472.52.  I greatly apologized to the customer and am training a new service...

coordinator who can better handle the position.   I have attached the original cancelled invoice and the new owed invoice.  I have only received a deposit payment of $455.19 form the customer to this date.

We reached out to [redacted] directly, the hot tub manufacturer, for assistance on [redacted]'s hot tub issues- and they called [redacted] directly today 7/13/16 to review his hot tub heating issues and to seek a solution. After speaking to Mr. [redacted] directly, [redacted] called Josh [redacted], our service...

manager, back and explained to us certain solutions for Mr. [redacted]'s hot tub and to go ahead and schedule another service call for him. We have scheduled our technician Angel to go out on Tuesday, July 19th in the morning. We called Mr. [redacted] directly on 7/13/16 to let him know about his service repair appointment on Tuesday morning.
