All work orders that have been placed with the office for this apartment have been repaired The power issue in the apartment is the result of a bad meter placed by *** *** and has nothing to do with the apartment complex This resident has not broken her lease and is still currently
living in the apartment

Revdex.com:

S*** H*** the pest control came to my apartment and did a inspection for bed bugs he checked under the mattress and and inside the sofa he did not do a thorough investigation and he also pointed out some bed bug spots on the ceiling in both rooms but said that he would not be coming back to do anything about it because it's only feces and not a actual bug just indication that they were there I also brought in a captured bed bug yesterday to the apartment manager to verify their existence and he said it could have been something else totally not taking my infestation seriously he also did not check out my roache infestation at all didn't even ask about it

All complaints and repairs have been made to the apartment We can not refund money for any apartment that is currently being lived in

It is our company policy that anyone wanting to terminate their lease early has to give a 30 day notice and pay a $600 break lease fee.

We have sent our pest control company out to this apartment a second time.  They did not see any indications that there was a nest in the ceiling.  We hire an outside company because they are experts, we are not.  They did treat and bait this unit again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. They put out poison traps and don't deal with the main issue of the mouse nests. Covering the symptoms and not solving the issue. A wall or ceiling may have to be cut, and I don't think this particular business is willing to do so. There are children and babies here. This isn't just for my health but for everyone who lives here.

The apartment has been treated twice already for fleas and is scheduled for an additional treatment on Thursday.  This has all been done at no cost to the tenant.  They have a dog that continues to re-infest the apartment.

The fan caught on fire due to the fact that is was left on for a prolonged period of time and overheated.  The apartment was cleaned by a member of our maintenance staff.  They did everything they could to return it to the way it was before, this included wiping down the walls.  There...

have been several maintenance and office staff in the apartment to assess any damages.  There was a smoke smell the first day this happened but the apartment was cleaned and aired out.  There is no smell that remains.  The lease can be terminated early, if she choses to do so.  There must be a 30 day written notice and there is a $600 break lease fee.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. My dishwasher is still rusty and my apartment still has not been painted! My furniture is supposed to be delivered by Friday and I've been in the apartment for over a month. My lawyer will be in contact with company.

This resident currently has an outstanding balance.  Our leasing agent is required to try and make daily contact with any resident owing a balance until either balance is paid or a promise to pay is given.  Any balance that is not paid by the 15th of the month is eligible for...

eviction.  We do not have a monetary cut off for eviction policy.

There has been no evidence to an uninhabitable living condition.  All issues the resident had have been addressed.  If the resident still wishes to terminate her lease early, she would need to give a 30 day written notice and pay a $1200 break lease fee.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.I was informed by the office staff when I moved in, that it wouldn't take long to have my apartment repainted. Yet another week has passed and still no maintenance visit. I've been here 3 weeks and only two of several issues have been taken care of. As I initially stated, the owners of this property are slum lords and it showed as soon as I arrived when they thought that it was alright to move me into this unit in the condition that it was in. I do not want to live here. I already know that my concerns will not be addressed and these issues will not be resolved. I want my deposit and any money spent towards the rent refunded and my lease terminated so that I can move out of here. The community was falsely advertised and I was taken advantage of.

I spoke with apartment management on 8/14/2016

In February, the resident informed us that they had a mouse in their apartment.  We contacted our pest control company and sent them out to take care of the issue.  Our pest control company said it was taken care of and we have not heard from the tenant stating otherwise until now....

If they are still having a problem we will let pest control know so this issue can be taken care of immediately.

Ms. [redacted] informed us that she was having an issue on July 8th.  We contacted the company we use for pest control services the same day and they came out and treated her unit on July 10th.  We treated her unit at no cost to her even though bedbugs are normally brought into an apartment on...

the residents or their belongings.  All of the surrounding apartments were inspected by pest control as well, and no other traces of any bugs were found.  This matter has been resolved in a timely fashion and would not warrant Ms. [redacted] breaking her lease without any penalty.

Our pest control company did an inspection of the apartment today and did not find any signs of an infestation.  They are the experts and can not treat for something that they do not find.
