*** was the company who damaged our property, NOT *** Fitness; therefore the ones who damaged our property are the ones who are responsible for compensating us for the damage This damage was NOT there prior to the delivery on November 7th I have already spoken with the Maine Attorney General Consumer Protection Division's office and they are in full agreement We also have an attorney who will be getting involved if this is not resolved by the end of this week and we are not compensated

First of all, Ms*** is not a customer of Commercial Delivery SystemsShe is a customer of *** health and fitness*** contracts their deliveries to *** Logistics and CDS delivers on behalf of *** LogisticsWe bill *** Logistics for deliveries and *** pays CDS directly for any and all
deliveries we complete for them. This delivery complaint was brought to our attention approximately hours after we made the deliveryThe two drivers who made the delivery state that they carried the item into the *** residence and set it down in the room it was destined forBoth drivers firmly attest that they did not damage the residence in any wayFurthermore; per the attached delivery manifest, you will see that there is a process for customers to follow at the time a delivery is made should there actually be any damage to either the product or her residence by our delivery teamYou will see that she signed for the delivery with no exceptions. The latest communique to Ms*** was from *** *** on 11/12/stating that *** has instructed CDS to have Ms*** contact them about her alleged damage claimShe was instructed to contact *** *** at *** is confident that this is a clean POD (Proof of Delivery) It is unknown whether she has contacted *** *** yet. Thank you

You people keep saying the same thing over and over again Bottom line, YOUR delivery drivers damaged MY property It is very simple You either compensate me for the damages caused to my property by YOUR company, or we will sue for the damages, which will only add additional costs The choice is yours
