I had a builder by the name of Raymond JA [redacted] install a new shower in my down stairs bathroom about a year ago and it has been leaking continuously ever sinceThe [redacted] *** floors are completely ruined along with the walls surrounding the enclosure and in back of the showerI now have to have the floors taken out and new tile put down in addition to redoing the whole shower areaI'm not sure what to do as he never returned any of my last few phone callsPlease help me to resolve this matter and maybe get a refund on the work that was paid for Thank you, [redacted]
