I am rejecting this response because:
To [redacted],          My name is [redacted]. I am sending this information to inform the [redacted] of some issues I have been having with Commercial Engine Sevice, Inc. since October 10th, 2016. I took my Kenworth T660 to Commercial Engine Service, Inc. on October 10th, 2016 where we first started with the check engine light on and an exhaust leak. Then we end up taking my Kenworth Back to Commercial Engine service on 3/2/2017 for the same issues. The exhaust manifold is leaking and [redacted] at Commercial Engine Service told me to replace the exhaust manifold, because is issue was not resolved. After [redacted] replaced the exhaust manifold and the turbo and catalyst, the wiring harness was left on the catalyst where it burned the harness, causing damage to the wiring harness causing the engine warning lights to come on in which Commercial Engine Service would not warranty Kenworth work on an after treatment wiring problem which caused me another $1011.70 out of my own pocket and was forced to bring it back to Commercial Engine Services where they damaged the wiring harness from the SCR causing the warning engine lights to come on. After taking them back the Kenworth to them I was told I needed an engine replacement. I was never shown any water in the oil or any type of faults that the engine needed repair and was not able to show True North Warranty any evidence of failure in the motor, so I was forced to pay out of pocket once [redacted] already had my engine disassembled. So I was stuck to pay these expenses out of my own pocket, Because [redacted] was not able to prove there was failure to my Kenworth engine to True North Warranty, True North Warranty would not pay for the engine to be replaced. Now I went back to Commercial Engine Service on 12/29/2017 for the check engine light was back on and for a clutch, but after all this work I decided to have Kenworth repair the Issue's. Then after that I went back to Commercial Engine Services with [redacted] on 1/17/2018 complaining about the check engine light being on again and the exhaust leak which in turn I end up getting my turbo and Actuator replaced again, but once again [redacted] was unable to show proof to True North Warranty of any issue or failure which once again I am out of pocket paying $6322.12, because of a misdiagnosed and in necessary repair's. Then I took my Kenworth to [redacted] Kenworth once I arrived they informed me Commercial Engine Service was not going to pay or cover for labor. I contacted Commercial Engine Services and [redacted] stated he will not pay any other Facility any labor to work on my Kenworth, and told me to take the truck back to Commercial Engine Services. I took the truck back to Commercial Engine Services ([redacted]) on 2/18/18 which [redacted] ask me to go in to the office with [redacted] and [redacted] telling me he did all he can for me. After I spend $32,000.00 out of my own pocket he said there is nothing else he can do for me. Then [redacted] accused me of talking bad about him to another customer and that is when [redacted] got belligerent with me and telling me to leave his facility. The way I see it this is there way of getting out of their warranty. This is not a personal issue. This is a business issue. This is not a parts warranty issue, this is a labor warranty issue. If you look in the fine print of the invoices I provided the fine print states 90 days workmanship and one year or 100 thousand miles warranty. To sum it up I am asking Commercial Engine Services to pay labor to Kenworth dated 2/18/18 the amount of $1884.00. This is not a personal issue or a parts issue. Its a warranty issue. As for the owner [redacted] was not present in the discussion when her employee was first disrespectful to me behind closed doors. I appreciate we stick to the business issue. I am submitting the invoices with this complaint, black and white speaks for it's self. I have more invoices if needed to back up this claim. Once leaving Kenworth on 2/18/18 engine light is off and the repairs are complete. Once again we still have an exhaust leak and a leaking rear dozer valve that was replaced by Commercial Engine Services Inc..

COMMERCIAL ENGINE SERVICE February 13, 2018 Revdex.com [redacted] Attn: [redacted] Re: [redacted] ID: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], I am writing in response to the complaint made by Mr. [redacted] against my...

company. We are an authorized Cummins Dealer and repaired Mr. [redacted] truck using genuine Cummins parts which have a one-year/ 100,000-mile warranty. The parts we put on Mr. [redacted] truck arc under Cummins Factory Warranty and if Mr. [redacted] takes his truck to an Authorized Cummins Repair Facility and the failure is the fault of Cummins parts Cummins will cover it. When Mr. [redacted] was at our shop he became belligerent and started disrupting my other customers, yelling, and cursing at my employees and throwing objects in my building. We understand the frustration of breaking down and tried very hard to work with Mr. [redacted] but he made it an Impossible situation. We had to ask him to leave and finally threatened to call the police if he did not leave the property. We have explained to Mr. [redacted] that an Authorized Cummins Repair Facility will repair any failed Cummins part or any failure caused by a Cummins part under warranty. We have been in business over 30 years and if I was Ms. [redacted] only option to getting his truck repaired I would find away to work with him, but since the repairs can be done by another warranty dealer I think that would be the best thing for all parties involved if that is how it is handle. If you have any other questions that I can answer regarding this matter, please contact me. Sincerely [redacted]Owner [redacted]
