In reply to the complaint that his spa cover was shipped as a x cover when it was ordered as a x92, our order fonn plainly states that because of the handcrafting of our covers that some dimensional variance can occurWe measure every cover before it ships and the size noted for the cover
in questionwas 92" x 92.5"Assuming that the cover is 93" on the long side and the hot tub is 92" x 92" if this cover was centered on the hot tub the overhang would be Y." on the front and backBased on our measurement it would be a W' overhangThis overhang would have no bearing on the functionality of the cover andwe feel it should not prove to be ascetically offensive as well.Since the cover has been used we cannot resell it as a new coverWe don't sell used covers and wouldhave no outlet to liquidate itWe do value our business relationship with *** and have offered to either,re-work the cover and return it to his customer or to totally credit it off once it is returned to usWe also asked for the make and model or the dimensions of the spa to make sure that the cover was ordered correctly but neither *** nor his customer would supply themWe have had people add to the sizes that they ordered and then the cover is much too largeWhen a make and model are not supplied we can't check them against our templates to make sure that the cover fits.We are willing to accept back a cover that we won't be able to sell or also invest a lot of labor to re-workthe cover when it falls inside of our tolerance zone but we are not willing to pay for the freight for it to be shipped back to us unless the cover was truly excessively over tolerance or defectiveIn our last email to *** we did offer to credit the freight if the cover was out of toleranceOur tolerance is up to+ 1.25" so that we can assure that a cover would not be made too small.Email Sent 8/3/2016: Hello ***,I spoke to *** again and he said that since the cover measured within our tolerance range the best that he could offer is to give you a credit if the cover was returnedHe said that the freight would need to be paid by you but that he would issue you a credit for it if the cover did measure over our toleranceHe reiterated that we show it to be x 92.5" and when centered on a 92" tub the amount hanging over the front and back of the spa would only be 1/4" on each sideEven if the cover did measure 93", that would only be an overhang of 1/2" on each side.If it helps you any I would be able to send your customer matching spa pillows at no charge.Commercial Fabrics

I have supplied all the info. Commercial Fabrics is giving you the same excuses they give me. You obviously can't do anything about this so this has been a waste of time. I am pursing other options at this time. You don't have to pursue any other action on this issue.
