Anthony offered to stand responsible for repair that had nothing to do with the work that we've done we advised him when we did the work that this could happen later in time and now he wants it done for free which we offer to do we just said allow  72 hours on the third day we had planned to go out buy him a brand new ladder even though we are not responsible that it went missing 9 months later we do not disagree that we borrowed it but we put it back the very next day and somebody stole it from him 9 months later it is not fair that being that it was raining that day he did not allow us one more day to come out so now we choose to do nothing because he left us a bad review and we did nothing wrong but try to be nice to him he wants to hold us work for responsible we had nothing to do with and a ladder that we did not take we did everything to try to satisfy him and we are very sorry that we did not respond to the Revdex.com but we are always moving around working so you can make whatever determination you want but this is the truthwe were doing these things as a courtesy not because we had to his warranty is still good for the work that we have done but not for stuff that we told that needed to be done it's not fair that we are given bad rating for people trying to get stuff done for freethis is my response everything if he takes off the bad  reviews remove the complaint stop harassing us then we will go fix work for free we offered him in the very beginning but he just don't want to stop harassing us for something that is not our fault we have no connection with Commercial Roofing anymore but I cannot tell you what to do if you want to hold them liable that's fine they will just respond to you the same way I am this is our contract not theirs whatever your determination is we will accept

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Chuck M[redacted] made additional contact with me through [redacted], the service where I hired him.  The following is his amended offer to resolve this issue, and my response.

From [redacted]s [redacted]:
Mr. M[redacted]. Thank you for responding to my inquiry.  July 31 is three weeks from now, and I would expect more timely service since I requested work under your warranty on June 17.  I am not considering this matter resolved until someone comes out to my home, fixes any leaks in the areas where you worked, and replaces my ladder.  Your contention that you returned my ladder the next day is inaccurate.  I have texts from you and  Gina starting in November 2015 and continuing until February 26, 2016- that one stating my ladder was in a warehouse in Youngstown, and it would be returned the following Monday.  It was never returned. You have not sent anyone to look at my roof, so your contention that it is leaking from another area is pure speculation.  I have looked, and water is running down brand new shiny roofing nails along the seal where you installed the rubber flat roof, and in my daughter's room in the center of the flat roof, and in my bedroom along the outside edge of the flat roof.  All in areas where you did the repairs.  I formally reject July 31 as the date for this service.  I would like to schedule you to do the work July 19-22.  Those are days I am available to be present to let you in the house to see where the leaks are.  I still expect the warranty to be good from the date of the original contract.  I reserve the right to continue my complaint with the Revdex.com until you actually repair my roof.  I am going to ask [redacted] from [redacted] not to restore your account until you actually come out and do the work and all the leaks where you did repairs are sealed properly, and my ladder returned or replaced.  I am not signing any new contracts, or purchasing more services.  I deny making any threats, and it is my right to complain, since this discussion would not be happening if you would have responded to my phone calls, texts, messages from [redacted], and the Revdex.com.  I did not make any threats.  I carried through with reasonable and appropriate means to ensure you resolved my issue.  Please let me know what day and time from July 19-22 will work for you, and I will expect to see you then.  Once repairs are completed, and my ladder returned and/or replaced, I will consider this matter resolved, and will let [redacted] and Revdex.com know I am a satisfied customer.  I will await your reply with a specific date and time.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: Mr. M[redacted] the alleged owner/contractor came out and did the work for me, installing two flat rubber roof panels. The contract stated there was a 20 year warranty. Within days, the flat roof leaked. He came back out and repaired this issue. He also said that there was serious damage at the peak of the roof, and that he could repair the damaged sections. He did that work for an additional price. While he was there, he asked if he could borrow my 40 ft. ladder for a nearby job. He never returned it, despite multiple calls and promises that he would return my ladder. The last time, I was told he was sick, and was no longer working for the company, but they found my ladder and would return it. It was never returned. On 6/16/2016 we had storms, and the seal where the flat roof meets the peak was leaking in at least 6 places. I called the company, and left a message, as well as e-mailing them. No one returned my message. I sent a text to the company telling them I was going to report them to the attorney general, I spoke to Tony, who said he was Chuck's brother, and he said he would come out Monday. No show, no call. I again called, and got a text that they would come out Thursday, June 23. Once again, I got no answer when I called and texted. I made a complaint on the website that they ran their advertisements on, and the owner texted me and told me my warranty was now null and void, and that he was going to sue me for a contract that he lost because I filed a negative complaint against him just because he stole my ladder and would not fix my roof. He then added I could avoid the hassle of going to court if I just sent him a check for $3500. I am calling the police and reporting them to the state attorney general.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the 20 year warranty that is on the contract. I would like them to return my ladder. If not, I would like a full refund and the replacement cost of a 40' Aluminum extension ladder.

Review: This company paved a parking pad in the front of my house. There is a four year warranty on the product. The whole pad is falling apart and breaking apart. I have talked to the owner and was suposto call and meet me never showed or returned my call. The job was done 7/27/11 and I have been trying to get a hold of him since last fall and never a answer. I am very upset with the job and think my two year old son could have done a better job. I would never recommend this very unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: I either would like them to give my money back and they can take their asphalt with them. Or I would like the pad redone the correct way this time.
