Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Business had primary agent contact information and did not make any effort to call or text agent Business had changed the date from Saturday to Sunday which in itself had caused a lot of probems for the management and tenants of subject property Our company went out of our way to work with this agent but she did not do the same and by her poor judgement of simply emailing a company on a Saturday night and not making any effort for verbal cancellation for such a late change is very unprofessional and inexcusable The managing agent, the tenants and the agency wastd hours of their time because of this agents inability to communicate and respect others time Sincerely, [redacted]

I emailed the listing agent the night before, at 7:00p.m., to let the agency know that my client had found a property that suited their needs and that the showing would be cancelledWhen I received the complaint, I subsequently called the agent and emailed in the following email train.I have yet to
hear back from the listing agent, but am ready to make amends to them, despite having given ample notice to the agent that a showing would no longer be necessary
