I have worked very hard to help this customerIf a customer wants to start a pizza shop, store, restaurant, butcher shop or anything in the food business I will do everything I can to help these people buy the equipment that they need for the jobIf a customer calls me and tells me I want this specific oven I assume the customer knows what he is buyingThis oven was bought thru Ebay so I assumed the customer knew what he is buyingThe customer had his electrician look at the oven and the electrician told him the oven cant be switched to single phase and he has to buy a phase converterI told the customer this oven can be switched to single phase and my licensed electricians and service techs can switch this to single phase for youI informed the customer that there will be a charge as I can not send my guys for free as the customer is 1/hours awayHe did not want to pay the chargeSo I felt bad that he is in this situation and I told the customer to bring the oven to me and he can give me an hour or two and we will switch the oven to single phase while he waits and I wont charge him at allThe customer refused my offerThe very first conversation I had with the customer after he bought the oven he informed me that the oven is to wide and to big for his kitchen and he wants to return the oven I believe I gave this customer allot of options that would not have cost much at allThis customer specifically wanted this oven that is why that I had no reason to ask him if he knows what he is buying Thanks [redacted] Commercial Kitchens LLC
