I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Although, I don't want to pay the $500, especially during Christmas, but Bradsaw said they would accept $250, now and will hold a second check for days for the remaining balance. I haven't received the vehicle back yet, but I am told that I will receive a warranty for the repair

We have reviewed their paperwork and CARFAX from the purchase date and then just ran another updated CARFAX 7/21/and both show an all clean CARFAXWe can reach out to the customer about a possible trade but not a full refund or reimburse the $they are requesting.Our General Sales Mgr Jeff

unfortunately OUR RECORDS DO NOT INDICATE THAT THIS CUSTOMER EVER ASKED TO HAVE HIS CK ENGINE LIGHT CHECKED.I HAVE THE REPAIR ORDER WITH HIS SIGNATURE ON IT WITH HIM AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR WHICH WAS AN OIL SERVICE AND TIRE ROTATION.THERE WERE NO CHARGES FOR DIAG OF AND ENGINE SERVICE LIGHT .IM SORRY
THIS HAPPENED TO THIS CUSTOMER BUT WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM HIM SINCE THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED.YOU WOULD ASSUME IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG HE WOULD HAVE CALLED OR TURNED AROUND IMMEDIATELY TO BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION.IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE AN INVOICE FOR THE DOLLAR AMOUNT HE IS ASKING I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LOOK FUTHER IN TO THIS OPPORTUNITY

we offered to purchase vehicle back first.customer not satisfied with price.we called gm and got there documentation and process for removal of surface rust.we have ordered the necessary products to do the repair which include specific rust removal and anti-corrosion and recoating products.we will
follow the gm bulletin p10564h .the repairs should be completed by the end of the week.the customer has given us authorization to proceed

the customer has been contacted,the vehicle is currently here,the repairs are being performed .the vehicle should be ready Friday.customer will be responsible for as the vehicle was sold to him as a Revdex.com buy before auction purchase no warranty.The repairs are normally a dollar repair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is correct but incompleteI spoke with Dan B*** last weekHe offered to purchase the vehicle back at a higher price than offered previously (still less than what I requested)I also have the option of taking the vehicle to a body shop specialist and have them perform a review of the components that are not readily visible from underneathMy course of action will be dependent upon their findingsI am worried about rust on components you can't see rather than the ones you can see

Dear Cindy,I just wanted to follow up on my complaint to inform you of the resolution.Larry F[redacted], Bradshaw, followed through with his promise and totally repaired the vehicle I purchased from Bradshaw. It did take a little over a month, but he provided me with a vehicle to use during this time. The total repair didn’t cost me anything. Although, we just received the vehicle and my son is driving it now, this repair is what I expected to be the fair thing to do. I only hope that the dealership evaluates it’s practices of used cars. An important purchase like this can be devastating to a family. My family and I are grateful for Larry F[redacted]’s honesty and his personal attitude to do the right thing.Thank you again for the Revdex.com offering such an avenue for consumers and for your correspondence.Sincerely,[redacted]
