I have been to this auction house on several occasions with my experiences being fair, at bestI think this company has forgotten the importance of customer service and honesty
On my last visit to this auction house; I rented a trailer and drove hours to purchase items they had listed on their brochure and their websiteOnce I had arrived, I discovered they had falsely stated items to be soldIn fact, they listed and showed photos of items they did not haveThis was the classic bait and switch In fact, all of the items I went to purchase, were not even at the saleEven though they had them listed on their website and on their brochures, the day of the auctionI approached the lady at the counter and showed her photos of the items they still had listed on their website and asked where these items could be found, she just shook her head and said they did not have those itemsI explained to her that I had rented a trailer and drove hours to purchase one of these items and she gave me no reason as to why they misrepresented this sale
At this same sale, I was also overcharged for items! When checking out, and I noticed I was overcharged on some itemsI always keep a list of my purchases/lots and cost I paidI highlighted an area where all of the items in this lot were suppose to be $eachEssentially, there were skillets left in a lot that nobody wanted because, they were in really bad shapeNo one was bidding so, I thought what the heck, and I bid $each Taking the lot of pans at $each for a total of $I figured I could atleast salvage a handful out of this lotBut most of them would be thrown outI only bid time on this lot, for $And when I went to pay they had half of them at $and the other half at $I explained to the cashier this was a mistake on their partWe went out and spoke with the lady on the floor who was writing on the bid sheets and she was rude and did not want to own up to her mistakeI explained I only bid one time, how come the prices are differentTo make a long story short, I took home a lot of junky pans and was grossly overchargedI will not be going back to this auction houseThey lack customer service and honesty
