Review: I purchased a brand new home from Della Ratta Inc in 07/12 . After moving in I had a 90 day inspection coming up to fix any items. a list was compiled. the builder came out 120 days instead of 90 and compiled his own list and advised the work would be completed. a second 90 day walk through was held 6 months after with two contractors with him. Was told work would be completed by one of the contractors. The builder has not done any one the work on the compiled list. Also a faulty water heater was installed prior to moving in that had water damage and had to be replace for about $1900. I was told that I would be reimbursed by Raphael Della Ratta and has not . I also have proof of text messages from this gentlemen. They received $250,00.00 for this property and now does not want to fix items that need to be prepared.

I also have other neighbors whom had the same problems. I can provide letters and or signatures.Desired Settlement: will not comply
