I am rejecting this response because:
I have been repeatedly contacted. As to their response of not knowing how or why - that is something that should have been identified the FIRST time we requested no further contact. Andrea called on 6/7/13, Spoke to supervisor Jeanine on 10/28/and was ASSURED we'd be removed from the call list. Jessica called on 2/17/and AGAIN we asked to be removed from the call list. The list goes on and on up to the call on 10/2/17. I am certain that some of those people, including the original sales person - *** *** ***, are no longer there. There should however, be a way to remove our name and number from their system in totality. I wish to have our name and telephone number and any other contact information removed from their system to ensure that we will no longer be contacted. If it no longer exists in the system - there should be no way we would be contacted further

identified were from 2013 and 2014 and the name of the salesperson identified as the individual contacting her has not been a part of the company for several years. Also, the customer who issued the complaint has not been a customer since 2013.We are not certain why or how she would have been contacted after all of these years, but we took the opportunity to verify/update our Do Not Contact List to ensure we had the correct information for her as a precaution. Everyone goes to the Revdex.com to see how BAD things were. For once I wanted to say how GREAT things were. These guys were awesome from the time I got a quote to the day they drove out and I had 2 new HVAC systems. On time, professional, explained everything at the start and during the work, great workmanship and the crew was great to work with! New customer for Fann's!
