Review: I went online and purchased a replacement blade from the website for my paper cutter. When we received the new blade it didn't come with instructions nor does the website provide assembly instructions. We tried to install the blade ourselves with no luck. We contacted them via email since the website doesn't provide a way to call them. They sent us a diagram on how to install it but the diagram was an amateur drawing with no clear directions still. I went at them to install the blade themselves and they responded by saying it would cost more to have them do it than the whole paper cutter is worth. That didn't make sense so I said we would return the blade to them for a refund. I just received an email saying that they received the blade but the blade has a chip and all four sides of the cutting stick has shown wear. I can understand the wear of the plastic stick but not the blade. My brother pointed out that the blade had chips on it but we went ahead and tried to install the blade. Now they will not refund us. Why is there website based in Las Vegas and the site is outdated by 5 years? Why is there not a way to contact them via phone? It takes them a few days to respond so I am thinking that this is run by a few people.Desired Settlement: We want a refund. We would accept a prorated refund due to the plastic stick which couldn't be that expensive but we want a full refund for the blade as the blade is in the same condition as it was sent.

Refunds are issued to returned goods in original unused condition. Unfortunately, in this particular case, the returned good is in not only used but damaged condition. Therefore, refund cannot be issued.

The blade that is in reference is in the condition that was sent to us. The plastic stick is what can be prorated.

The blade has not only one but two chips. If it were chipped in the first place, you should contact us before using it. At this point, there is no way for us to determine.
