I will have to see the action taken by the credit card coto prove this liar is doing what he says he willsince cps has the item in question no one can prove by inspection( nor does anyone except me care to prove it.) he is calling me a liari dont lie and especially over an item that cost $plus $shipping chargewere I cps the value of a customer would be worth much more than this paltry amountclean up your act mrbuisnessman

We have attached the invoices and work details for all work performed regarding this claimIt appears that the $was charged to customer card twice in errorThe customer did a chargeback for that amount which we did not dispute. It showed up on our statement on 4/saying the
chargeback had been processed so the customer should have received his money back for that double chargeWe are of course disappointed that the customer was not satisfied with the service we providedWe explain all of the billing processes to the customer when they call in and it is our policy to charge an upfront fee of for our technician to go outIt appears our technician was there for hrs and on our invoice you can see where we had not charged the customer for hrs of that it was billed at zero Again the double charge of was our fault and we apologize for the inconvenience We always strive to do our best to get the customers equipment working properly and do not feel that the hrs of labor was excessive for repairing the two unitsIf you need any additional information from me please let me know

until today they still owing me a statement or invoice which they should show me what they have charged for!! Something must have done wrong, that is why they can't provide a statement to me even after two months of service
