Good Afternoon, .Regarding *** *** complaint, the concern is unfortunately more complicated than it is made out to be in his complaint. *** *** uses an internet radio application called “Slacker Radio”. This application works through Lexus’ on-board multi-media application called
“Enform”. When the phone is connected to the car using Bluetooth, the Slacker Radio can be played through the Enform system. On *** *** GS, the application is interrupted frequently. We have contacted Lexus corporate, and at this time, there is not a program update available. That is not to say one will not be coming, but addressing the concern is complicated, because it is not just the car in play here. There is also the phone and it’s software, which updates frequently and can cause problems, and also the app itself, which you may know most apps are updated very frequently. If Lexus were to change the software, and then Slacker releases an update a few weeks later, the concern could immediately re-present.Slacker radio works perfectly well in the car when connected using Bluetooth audio, however *** *** wants to be able to connect through Enform, which allows control of the app through the steering wheel. We have contacted engineering and Lexus corporate on his behalf, there just is no update yet. *** *** attempted to go Lemon Law, and was denied. He has asked for us to buy the car back at a loss, which we have declined to do. He also is frustrated that he will be received a pro-rated refund of his extended warranty, however that is how the contract is written.We have attempted to do our best to serve this customer, however we have not been able to provide a satisfactory solution to this point. Regarding complaint ID# [redacted] for [redacted] We were in fact delayed in getting [redacted] title to him, because the previous owner had another dealership apply for a duplicate title, which, when that happens, does not allow us to get the title without a tremendous amount of DMV...

paperwork.  When I finally became involved and had the loaner delivered to [redacted] we were given a deadline of 10 days to have the title to him, which we delivered in 9.  I was in regular contact with him, and at no point did I or any member of this staff tell him not to call us anymore.  His plates were delivered to him at his work address on February 23rd.  He has requested special order plates, which we are working on at this time, and will send to him when they are completed.   My last conversation with him was cordial, and he accepted his plates and gave no indication he would be reaching out to the Revdex.com. Brad V[redacted]Guest Relations Director Celebrity Motor Car[redacted]
