After installing my clutch, my hill holder (which is related to the clutch) immediately started locking up I called and left a message about my problem but after a couple weeks I realize they had no intention to call back I dropped it off to have them look at it and I explained the problem, they said they would look at it that same day and get back with me After week without hearing from them I called but got no answer so a left a message No one returned my call so I drove by and they were just getting to my car After asking for more information about the problem they told me they would look at it and call me by the end of the day (Friday) End of the day came and no call Monday, when I go to pick it up they give me a $bill for adjusting the hill holder - no warning, no call to verify I I want them to do new work or ask if I would accept the charge, no explanation as to whether they caused the issue when they did the clutch work They got my money but lost my business
