When scheduling a service call with CRH, we were fortunate to have Larry assigned to our call Along with bringing yrs of tenured expertise to the table, his style, methods, and attention to detail were ideal for us Our situation was difficult, with a failure of a key aged component But rather than just automatically state upfront that we were '***' and close the call, he took the time to try and determine the actual cause and see if there was any feasible work arounds as an option for us to at least considerWe greatly appreciated his approach to customer service, and felt he had done everything possible to determine the problem and rule out any possible 'work around' In working with other service techs over the years from other businesses, we didn't always have this level of confidence and trust in the final recommendation We will continue to work with CRH, and specifically request this tech if available for our future needs Very good experience
