Commercial Residential Roofing

I am rejecting this response because: the business's response was neither accurate nor an effort to resolve my complaint.Commerical & Residential Roofing installed the roof in -- fewer than ten years agoThe contract provided a 25-year warranty In addition, Mr*** told me that he guaranteed all his work "for life." In May of 2016, I noticed that a least one shingle on the roof was beginning to fall off I would like this shingle, and any others that are falling off, to be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. Mr***'s response is not an accurate statement of our dealings on this issueThe accurate statement is as follows:May 26: I called Mr*** and left him a messageHe returned my call and said he would come look at the roof on May (He did not.)June 2: I called Mr*** and left him a message; he did not return the call.June 9: I called Mr*** and left him another message; he did not return the call.June 11: Mr*** apparently came over and looked at the roofWe did not speak that dayRather, he left me note asking me to get permission from my neighbor to allow Mr*** to place a ladder in my neighbor's yard so that he could access the roofHis note indicated that he thought it "looks like wind damage".June 12: I called Mr*** and told him that my neighbor said, "okay." Mr*** told me we would come back later in the week and "fix it." (He never did.) During this conversation, he never said anything about a price or charge of any kind.June 28: I called Mr***and reminded him of his statement that he would come over and fix the roof; he did not return the call.July 7: I called Mr*** and left him another message; he did not return the call. Not only has this company failed to fix my roof as warranted and guaranteed (in 2007) and as promised on June 12, 2016, Mr*** has stopped returning my calls Mr*** was a true professional in when the roof was installedIt is tremendously disappointing that he is neither standing behind his work nor having the professionalism to return my calls and work with me to correct this problem. In conclusion, I respectfully ask for the Revdex.com's assistance in getting this company to keep its word, stand behind its work, and repair/replace the affected shingle(s) without further delayThank you

I went up to her house on [redacted] Ave. She had some wind damaged, one shingle I told her it wasn't covered under warranty but at a later date I would come back and fix it.
