Review: This agency towed my 2007 [redacted] Explorer on 09/16/2014 , while in the care and custody of this agency my vehicle was damaged on the front and rear bumper area's also the front wheel alignment was knocked off center from being dragged over curb.

I was instructed by Mrs. [redacted] to obtain three estimates of damages and submit which was done, Mrs[redacted] has continued to ignore repeated request for payment on 10/09/2014 Mrs [redacted] asked me what would I accept for the damages and I stated $1,250.00 she promised to return call but has not as of this complaint. Also on this date I called her office back at 4:45pm and she left me on hold until 5pm and left office for the day.Desired Settlement: Check issued to me for repairs, or I will file legal action against Mrs. [redacted] and her business.

Review: Car was repossed by [redacted] for being 1 1/2 months behind. Paid fee at [redacted] and when I went to pick up car less than 12 hours later I was charged 2 days storage. Commerical Services Corporation "claim" the car was picked up at 11:59 p.m. so I was liable for 2 days storage. I checked with our local police department who said for a repo they MUST be notified before it is picked up and they WERE NOT. I wanted to verify the time the car was picked up with the police department but could not since they were never notified. I was advised by my local police department to report Commercial Services Corporation to the Revdex.com as well as file a civil complaint. The whole scenario seemed like such a scam. I know was wrong in not being current but being taken advantage of does not feel good. In addition the towing company caused permanent scratches to my bumper which were not there previously.Desired Settlement: I would like my second day storage fee refunded as well as the scratches to my bumper repaired.
