They stole my fire extinguishers and replaced them with some other model.On 5/7/2014 a rep from Commercial Services, Inc. came to my facility to do my yearly checkup of my fire extinguisher.I received a bill for (2) fire extinguishers needed to be done for 6 Year maintenance, (2) recharge 10lb., (2) fire extinguisher refills.What I received was (2) of their fire extinguishers and NOT the ones I paid for years ago that they took and kept my personal fire extinguisher without my permission.They charged me for (2) recharge 10lb., (2) fire extinguisher refills but that was NOT done they just gave me their fire extinguishers.I paid for those (2) fire extinguishers and I want them back.Called on the same day (5-7-2014) to get those back and they said they do NOT know why the service technicians [redacted] take mine and not do the service work there but that they would bring them back tomorrow (5-8-2014).No one showed on (5/8/2014) with my (2) fire extinguishers, so I called again on (5/8/2014) and they said that all service technicians are in training that day.It is now (5/9/2014) and I still do NOT have my personal property back (2 fire extinguishers).I have been in this location for 11 years and have NOT ever had anything stolen from my business till now.They played that bait and switch game!I have called my attorney and if we have to file charges on the service technicians [redacted] and the company we will.I have also stopped check payment on this and I have no problem paying for service that was done but not for stealing my personal property. This mite seam trivial but when you pay for something it belongs to you and NOT for someone to come and take it and replace it with their own equipment.Thank you,[redacted] Desired SettlementGive me back my fire extinguishers back.
