On the 15th of February *** *** came to check out one of our vehicles (Subaru Outback) displayed for sale at our sales location for $2500, She talked to me personally and I explained to her that the vehicle is being sold "AS IS" condition and
she requested to take it for a test drive, after a long text drive she returned and affirmed that vehicle was good and ran very well, she decided to purchase the car but pleaded for a reduction on the price hence she would have to fix exhaust which according to her was loud,she bargained the price and talked me into bringing the price down from $to $including her tax/title and fees, *** paid the sum of $and pleaded that the car be released to her with a firm promise that she was going to bring the balance of $the next day hence she did not have all the money on her, I relied on her words of promise and released the said vehicle to her, unfortunately I did not hear from *** neither did she come to pay the balance until the 21st of February when she called swearing and yelling. I have made it known to her that her title is available but we had to put lien on it until the balance of $249 is paid in full. We had AS IS" paper pasted on the window of the car pre the purchase and AS IS" condition was clearly marked and signed by *** *** as of the time of purchase

The price for the car was marked 1500 on Craigslist so he's lying . An he didn't know about tgev1450.00 I had to pay carx after I already purchased the car an have my receipt for that to prove so.an I didn't get to drive it that long because that was the day of the snow storm an I told him it's making a loud noise I didn't like so he said I ll have my guys fix that I wasn't going to buy unless it was fixed so I waited forever finally it sounded better but the next day it got worse an took it to carx and they showed how his guys kept trying to fix it actually kept messing up the car worse an the guys he has working for him seemed not with it .very unprofessional and at the time of my purchase I should of had the title signed right over to me. All I want is my title with no lie because I over paid for a cap condition car when he said it was in good condition. I didn't swear an yell at him either he was going in circles an wouldn't listen to anything.
