Case has been resolved with great satisfaction. This error was not the fault of commercial insurance. It was an error on BDCF side that commercial has fixed.

standard practice for insurance is to provide a certificate of insurance not an application as proof of coverage. A certificate of insurance was not requested by our customer or his customer from our company. At any point, our insureds' customers are welcome to call us directly to check the validity of certificates and coverage.We are truly sorry that this occurred and wish we could help.
