Thank you for your efforts.  No I have not heard anything from them.

Review: We bought, from a silent auction, at a charity event, a basket containing among other things a voucher from Commercially Clean, a professional janitorial service. It has a value of $100. I called, talked to the owner, [redacted], to set up a date/time to use the voucher. After many messages to both the business phone number and then eventually his cell phone, he would not call me back to confirm a date/time to have our house cleaned. We did talk, but he would not commit/confirm a date. After the first 2 phone calls, he did call me back to let me know that "he found" someone to clean my house.... found someone???? But I have not heard back from him since, after many voice messages to both phones. He knew that I was having an event at my home and wanted to use the service in preparation for that. I left him messages that I was letting the person know from the charity event of my situation, to the extent of hopefully not accepting further vouchers from him, as well as reporting him to the Revdex.com. Either he doesn't care or doesn't think I would follow through. However, unlike **. [redacted], I FOLLOW THROUGH. I find **. [redacted] unprofessional! If you involve yourself/business in something like a charity event, by all means, follow through!!!Desired Settlement: At this point, and especially having dealt with **. [redacted], I don't feel comfortable with him or his business in my home. It is my opinion that he should replace his voucher with that of a more reputable company!
