Although the company
shipped the item, their records will indicate that the item was shipped, unbeknownst to me, on Dec, Neither agent who I corresponded with at this business notified me, and they continued to outwardly ignore my emailsThe person supposedly in charge promised in his last email that he would call me upon receiving shipping confirmationInstead, I never heard anything from this company again until this Revdex.com complaintI would like it known for the record, that this business has extremely poor business practices (to say the least) and when they inconvenience the customer such as myself by lies and deceit over 1/weeks concerning a "shipment" of a ordered product, they make absolutely no apologies for itThey simply took my money as of the ordered date and took whatever length of time they chose to make the item availableEven now, their only response to my complaint is the fact that the item was shipped with a tracking#, nothing elseI do take note that they did not reveal the date that the item was shipped and they made no reference to the consumer with an apology for all their bumbling, mishaps, and rude and incompetent business practicesAll consumers who patronage this business should be forewarned somehow, that unlike reparable online business practices who do not bill the customer until the item is shipped, this business will take your money first at the moment of the order, and the product may or may not be shipped for some length of time, at the leisure of CommercialVacuums.com/ Kirbyvacuumbags.com/Hokysweepers.com or whatever business name they are conducting "business" at that timeAdditionally, this business made no acknowledgement about the terms of resolve of this matterThe first term included delivery of the productThe second was a full refundRegardless of the method I chose to dispute the chargeI want some acknowledgement from this company that they are willing to appease the customer by at least an offer of a refundIt is my wish that I never have any business ties with this company ever again and an adequate agreement to the terms of the resolve will be sufficientThus far, the above response says nothing to resolve the entire fiasco that I endured for 1/weeksAlso, I believe it would be very appropriate to post this entire complaint online to help other consumers avoid the pitfalls of online companies who practice with questionable business ethicsEveryone also need to be made aware that this company operate under three different company namesTherefore, if they have issues like I did in resolving problems, they may have only one resolve, the Revdex.com

Customer was refunded yesterday as I told her and and as the email explained. Customer doesn't understand that when credit cards are used in transactions charges and authorization are immediate, and refund can take up to days depending upon their band and the banks processor. We told
her yesterday, that it batches out of our system, which neans our bank yesterday at PM. That then goes to our bank processor , then her bank processor and lastly to her bank. She was told to check with her bank in an email - hours. She apparently doesn't understand English since she was told twice yesterday, and once today. She was also sent that by email Her attitude needs to change in order to be more receptive to other humans living on the planet and stop attcking with ridiculous comments

The customer service of this company is what prompted the Revdex.com complaintI will attempt to return if there are in fact instructions on their website

I am
rejecting this response because: The responses from this company are ridiculous. The point of this all is that I am charged for THREE vaacums. Nowhere did I ever order vaacums. I ordered 2. I have received one of them. I want the second vaacum order cancelled and reimbursed as the company has admitted they have no ETA although they already charged me for it; and I am owed back for over charging me for the 3rd vaacum that never existed. Please reimburse my $so we can close this case.I should not have to go thru the Revdex.com in the first place to contact a company that does not answer their own phone or emails. Thank you

The two hurricanes don't affect Illinois.  They affect the national inventory of the product,

We have emailed yesterday the response to the consumer.  You may want to notify them that two hurricanes hit the US and that product category is in a shortage and at best a delay.

Item has been received in new condition. I did not receive a follow up phone call with tracking number, which is why I was concerned. Everything is ok now.
