Thank you for your emailWe had contact with the owner of Artisan Roofing last Friday and it looks like that it is not possible to receive the material he ordered from the distributor in *** He apologised for the
delay and all the back and forth we went throughWe told him that we want to go with a cheaper material he can order from *** and we agreed that he brings us a new offer, Both parties also signed an agreement, that the roof will be done until end of September *** "In the event the work is delayed due to neglect of the Contractor, the Contractor agrees to pay the Owner the sum of $** per day as liquidated damages until such time as the work is completed."
For now we will not consider legal action and hope that our roof will be done as promised
