I dropped off shirts( my husbands)to be cleaned over a period of months,first I noticed shirts were damaged, we agreed on $for those shirts, then I dropped off more shirts to be cleanedThe owner noticed they were damaged and didn't want to clean them or take responsibility for themI would like for Commadore cleaners to pay for damaging all shirtsAll the shirts are damaged identically in the same spotHe even admitted his machine was at fault for the first All I want is him to pay for the remaining that are ruinedI've been using his services every time for the last 3/months! Ask him to check his records, I've been a frequent customer who trusted him to take care of my clothesHis machine ruined the shirt, he needs to pay the damage

Those tags were from his company, I have used his store and only his store for my dry cleaning since Oct2014. So again this business owner continues to say im trying to scam himI have checks and credit card statements to prove I have used his store, He is trying to get out of ruining my husbands shirtsHe even admitted he fixed his machines. Just because I did not pick the check up at that moment when it was ready does not mean I am trying scam him. I am a busy lady and do not have time to scam peopleI am doing what is right here which is filing a complaint because this is not right!!! I have receipts that prove his tag numbers were on my husbands shirts!! Same holes in every shirt, same place!!! clearly his company is not responsible to owning up to their mistakes! and I will do everything I can to try and get my money back!!!
Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised:This consumer brought in and three shirt with another company's tags, the consumer alleged our business caused holes to the shirts We don't believe such occurred tour business however we did agree to compensate the consumer for the alleged damage
The consumer was provided a check for $for the three shirts The consumer didn't pick up the check initially however attempted to drop off four additional shirts for pressing only The consumers shirt were looked over and she was notified approximately five minutes later those shirts would not be processed because they contained the same type of damage we allegedly caused the the original three shirts The consumer was notified to return and retire those itemsUpon pickup of the additional the consumer was refunded the moneys as nothing was done to the shirt and she also retrieve d the $checkAt this time the business will not be taking further action for this consumer and we will no longer do business with her
