Review: We have paid CAMS $14,561.34 and they were supposed to pay our trash and recycling haulers. They have not paid them and now we have had to pay the haulers or they would stop service with us.Desired Settlement: We want our money back - $14,561.34

Review: CAMS offers to serve as a third party billing service between a business and the Trash service they use (in my case Republic). They promised a reduced negotiated rate with my trash hauler (Republic). I signed up and paid CAMS a monthly sum of $150.96 for 4 months. Unfortunately CAMS never

paid a dime to my trash hauler (Republic). I had no idea anything was wrong until I was put on service interruption by Republic Services for non payment. Apparently CAMS simply pocked the money I paid them. In order to get my trash service up and running again I had to pay Republic a check

for $404.71 which covered two months of the four I was with CAMS. Republic is still demanding the balance for the other two months from me ($426.88 and counting). I officially canceled my arrangement with CAMS with the understanding they would pay my hauler (Republic) the money they

owed them. So far CAMS does not respond to any notices for payment nor have they paid a dime of what they owe. In digging a little deeper I discovered that CAMS owes a LOT of people a LOT of money. You might want to dig into it.Desired Settlement: At the VERY LEAST CAMS owes me a refund of the $603.84 I paid them. They really should also refund me an additional $227.75 in late fees and penalties I owe to Republic. Grand Total $831.59.

Review: Since 05/2013 we have paid this organization their fees for the services, waste pickup, they contract out to a third party. We have been diligently paying Common Area Maintenance during this period and they have not been paying the contracted party they enlisted. This third party is now seeking we pay the charges for services rendered to the sum of approximately $811. I have tried numerous times to speak to a representative of that company and the organization has sought to have all their calls forwarded to an answering service company and when left a message they are never returned. Please recognize this is not an isolated incident as we were informed by others in the flooring industry of this same dilemna. I ask you that you please assist in helping us take action, but, most vehemntly ask that you reassess the A- rating that your entity is giving them as that is so inaccurarte.Desired Settlement: Refund to us for services rendered by a third party so we may pay them or they directly pay the outstanding amount to IESI, their contracted party for IESI has rendered services, which they have now discontinued, but were not paid. I have support to our payments if needed.

Review: We contracted with CAM to provide waste hauling services for us in several different cities in Texas. CAM apparently sub-contracted with local haulers. The local haulers will no longer haul our waste because (they say) that CAM has not paid them. We have remained current in our payments with CAM. We have contacted CAM several times to correct this issues but they will not respond. If they have paid the local vendors we need them to correct the miscommunciation. If they have not, we need them to bring the accounts to current so the local vendors will continue to service our waste hauling needs. Either way, we need CAM to honor the commitments that they have to us and that they have been paid to provide.

You may contact me at [redacted] at any time. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about doing business with this company to call me first.

thank you for your assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: For CAM to honor their commitments and pay their vendors so they will provide the services that CAM has been paid to provide.

Review: Good Morning. I work for Advanced Disposal a garbage hauler in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. We were approached by CAMS that they will be managing a few locations we service. The locations we serviced were paying CAMS direct and CAMS would in turn pay us. That rarely happened by CAMS. I would contact there office on a regular basis with no reply or a reply with empty excuses. Eventually the customer we serviced ended the agreement with CAMS because of the situation. The locations I serviced lost out on thousands of dollars because CAMS did not hold out the end of there deal. I was just told that our FL location lost out money on them recently and I am positive there are more if I was to ask other Advanced Disposal parent companies.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like CAMS to pay the invoices owed to our company.
