Re: Response to Revdex.com complaint ID# [redacted] [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, On August 24th, the customer had signed up for a free 10-day trial of our CBD oil, just pay shipping and handling ($5.97)It is written in our terms and conditions, located below the checkout window that the full price of the oil is $and because the customer in question had not notified us that they wished to end their trial they were then charged the full retail priceUnfortunately, the company the order was placed with was experiencing a change of ownership between October 2017- January The customer was not charged the full retail price of her oil until September 21st, Another shipment of oil had then been sent out January 16th, because the customer had never called in to cancel her subscription after the first full retail charge, she was still enrolled in the monthly subscriptionThe tracking number for the second shipment in January is: The customer did call in on January 17th to cancel her subscription, which was done immediately while she was still on the phoneWe did receive the customers product back to our warehouse but unfortunately that merchant account had been closed, so we did not have a way to refund herWe did however, explain the situation and let the customer know that in order to receive her money back she would have to go through her banking institution and submit a chargebackWe do apologize to our customer for the inconvenience it must have caused Sincerely,Jessie *** Health and beauty oils [redacted] Mon.-Fri.6:00am- 9:00pmTell us why here

I was told they went out of business on the phone. I never received a second bottle nor did I pay full price for any. When I saw this charge on my bank statement I immediately contacted the company.  They told me the package was in transit so when it got here I returned it. All I want is my original 83.67 put back and destroy my card number. Plain and simple you would think. Please read the reviews online about this scam.Thank you, [redacted]

It is written in our terms and conditions, located below the checkout window that the full price of the oil is $85.96 and because the customer in question had not notified us that they wished to end their trial they were then charged the full retail price. Unfortunately, the company the order was placed with was experiencing a change of ownership between October 2017- January 2018. The customer was not charged the full retail price of her oil until September 21st, 2018. Another shipment of oil had then been sent out January 16th, 2018 because the customer had never called in to cancel her subscription after the first full retail charge, she was still enrolled in the monthly subscription. The tracking number for the second shipment in January is: 9400110200883691797434. The customer did call in on January 17th to cancel her subscription, which was done immediately while she was still on the phone. We did receive the customers product back to our warehouse but unfortunately that merchant account had been closed, so we did not have a way to refund her. We did however, explain the situation and let the customer know that in order to receive her money back she would have to go through her banking institution and submit a chargeback.
