*** ***, ID ***, returned the upgraded stems of crystal to Celebrity China & Cookware on February 16, 2017. We refunded the remaining $which was the balance of her down payment. We also refunded to her the cost of sending the crystal back to us of $12.92. I just talked with *** to let her know we got her crystal and had refunded the rest of her down payment and shipping reimbursement. I also asked her to contact the Revdex.com to let you know as well. Dear *** ***, Thank you for your email we received May , 2017. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. The cookware that *** and her husband, ***, purchased is Vita Craft’s Ultra Cookware. Vita Craft has manufactured quality cookware like Ultra for over years. We are very confident in the quality of Ultra and how it performs. If a customer ever has a problem with any of our products, we provide customer service to resolve any issues *** and *** saw their Ultra cookware perform when they made their purchase. Their cookware is designed to cook waterless, greaseless, that is cooking vegetables without boiling in water and meats without frying in grease. As *** mentioned in her complaint, she didn't receive her cookware until months after her purchase. We realize it is difficult to remember everything from a demonstration that was seen or months earlier If *** is having issues with the waterless, greaseless cooking system, there's got to be a reason why. We have offered service to find out why the Ultra isn't working for her We do stand behind our products and welcome the opportunity to provide good customer service. When speaking to the customer service rep, Doug ***, we went through "helpful hints" everything he had told me I was already doing and then someI've done some research and have found that I am not the only one who has had this problemThey advertise for waterless/greasless cookware but you have to use grease every time I cook, not just a little that is later suggested after you buy the product but a lotI'm not even using the cookware because of the extreme measures having to cook and clean with themWe are back to our old, cheap cookware that works 100% better than this $2,000+ setBy saying there is nothing wrong with the pans, that it's all my fault they don't workI don't see how it is my fault when I followed the videos and did everything discussed in helpful hintsI'm doing what they are instructing, the pans should work but they don't

This is inaccurate information. I did NOT request for my package to be shipped after February 9th. I stated that my address will be changing as of that date. They assured me it would be delivered by then. I then received a voicemail, which I saved, from doug stated that the package had still not been sent due to a shortage in the warehouse(which we were never made aware of). He stated that the package would be shipped out that day. I contacted Revdex.com of this and was advised that I am able to reject the package. The office at our apartments did advise us that the package was delivered after this, however there is no "[redacted]" on staff. Package was rejected by us and returned to UPS by front office of apartments. I do NOT wish to do any future business with Celebrity China. I was a refund of the deposit paid in JANUARY!             Dear [redacted],   Thank you for your email we received October 31, 2017.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond.    [redacted] purchased cookware, bakeware, cutlery and china on February 22, 2017.  She also received a pair of Celebrity crystal champagne stems at the time of purchase.  [redacted] was approved for special financing where the rest of her merchandise would be shipped to her after she made 6 prompt consecutive monthly payments.    Our records show that [redacted] did not make all of her payments as agreed.  We show we made several calls to [redacted].  Although our records don't agree with [redacted]'s, we do agree with her last statement.  It is best that Celebrity and [redacted] not do business together.   We will refund $480.00 to [redacted] to end our business relationship with her.  Please notify us if acceptable.   Sincerely, Doug [redacted] Customer Service

          Dear [redacted],   Thank you for your email we received March 23, 2017.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond.    Our records show that we did contact [redacted] and her fiancé [redacted].  They were offered a pair of long stem toasting glasses as well as a 3 day, 2 night hotel getaway for attending a showcase of our products.   [redacted] and [redacted]  attended a showcase on March 21, 2017 and purchased a set of cookware, bakeware, kitchen tool set and cutlery.  [redacted] called Celebrity on March 22nd to cancel their order.  Our records also show [redacted] received a pair of toasting stems and the hotel getaway.    No one at Celebrity lied to [redacted].  With over 700 brides at this bridal show, we recognize the possibility that there could have been a misunderstanding with one bride.  We discussed this issue with the scheduler to insure that we communicate as clearly as possible.   Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service

Thank
you for your email we received October 21, 2015.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond. 
[redacted] and his fiancé
[redacted] placed an order with Celebrity on January 6, 2015.  They purchased a set of cookware, bakeware, and
cutlery.  Customers can pay for their
purchase by cash, check, a major credit card, or a payment plan.  [redacted] chose the payment plan and was
approved for financing.  All of their
merchandise was delivered to [redacted] and [redacted] by January 12, 2015.
Our records show that [redacted]
called in to Celebrity wanting to return his merchandise.  [redacted] said that he and [redacted] had broken
up. 
On March 18th, we were
notified by Vita Craft that they refused a shipment of [redacted]'s cookware to them
as an unauthorized shipment.  There was
no record of the bakeware or cutlery.  Apparently,
[redacted] kept the bakeware set and cutlery.
On April 30th, [redacted] sent an
email to Celebrity stating that he had returned the cookware.  I talked to [redacted] and told him that neither
Celebrity nor Vita Craft had his cookware and that Vita Craft had refused the delivery
of his cookware as an unauthorized shipment. [redacted] said he would check with
Federal Express, but he did not want to pay for the cookware anymore. 
Although [redacted] made his first
three payments as agreed in February, March and April, he has not made a
payment since April 23rd.  [redacted] has
defaulted on his account at Celebrity Credit and is in collections.
Since we received the Revdex.com
complaint, I have attempted to reach [redacted] by phone leaving a voice message.  I have not received a return call from [redacted].

to provide customer service to [redacted] to resolve any and all possible product
issues, but we can only do what we are allowed to do by a customer.

I do not accept that this is resolved as I was not thonly one who was told this when the phone call came in , also there were 2 other couples the night we attended that were told the dame thing and yes there was a purchase made and cancelled the next day because the more I thought about it after we left I was more and more upset the a company would lie and tell us we won all this stuff and then when we get there its all a lie , so I cancelled the order because I did not want to spend my money with a company who is so deceptive and prays on newly imaged couples , I was not mistaken in my account of the phone call I have absolutely no reason to be up until the wedding fair I have never herd of this company nor do I care to do any knid of business with any company so deplorable as to lie to get people in there seats also I did not receive any toasting glasses and that so call hotel accommodations we are not going to use because we can book a stay cheaper thats all inclusive like I said there was nothing that they were honest about , they need to find out the man that was making the calls that evening and speak with him and play back the recorded conversation but I can't really expect them to honest about that either at the end of the day the man that spoke with and and then to my roommate lie while representing this company so this company should do what's right .
