We have a pest control service that comes out to our property once a week. We have 1 building treated each a week and any call backs treated. If she requested treatment then we have records of that. The sign that her neighbor posted outside was removed by my staff the day it was reported. The sign was never returned to that resident. Miss [redacted] had an option to move when her first lease contract was up but she renewed her lease contract. When she moved out she failed to clean her apartment and remove personal items. She was also charged for damages to her apartment. I had several mini blinds that needed replaced because they were broken.
