Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] There has been no payment made because of the odometer reading mistake and the miscommunication on the paper work we was never informed of the percent interest when the paper work was filled out as if you was showed the paperwork ours and credit acceptance paperwork is different there was a typo made and it is still not resolved I already know about the first warranty he avoided to have the car checked for the transmission when it was told and at that time I had one repo not two so please say accurate information and my car is still sitting there with something wrong and extended warranty still not fixed because of the fraud of the odometer reading when everything is fixed and accurate the payment will be made at the moment I am months pregnant with no job and my fiancé is taking care of everything sorry this business has so consideration for anyone and likes to scam people to make business for better business this company should fully make aware of prices and percentages I had a brand new car that I gave back for a junk box and I am really unpleased with this situation thanks Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for implying the matter to my attentionLets start with the complaint coming for [redacted] ***She is the Buyer that is helping the brother [redacted] (co-buyer) to buy a vehicle for the reason he cannot get good rates of auto insurance She actually never even drove the vehicle and all negotiation is coming from [redacted] (brother co-buyer) and NOT [redacted] ***( Lets make that clear for the record)When MR [redacted] took possession of vehicle after days we received vehicle from auction (we didn't have enough time to proper address the issues of vehicle and he knew about it) , we disclosured 100% of the issues the vehicle had and He was so rushed to start his new job that we both agreed he could go to work and after about miles driven the OBD cycle would be completed and we would know exactly all the issues vehicle had it (everything disclosured in front of [redacted] (buyer) and her husband ***)And I told him all issues would be addressed without any issue and cost for himI understand having trouble with vehicle is frustrating and we backed MR [redacted] up in issues issues he had(WE SELL USED VEHICLES AND BRAKE DOWNS MAY OCCUR)Mr [redacted] was upset (we understand) and came to my office screaming and cursing at me (that is why I raised my voice) in front of his family membersI had to bring the situation down in place so I told him to came back later or another day so he would cool down and talk as a civilized personMR [redacted] left vehicle in the lot and we took care of all issues and vehicle now passed inspection without any issues (see inspection report attached).The work order with all details of repairs was signed and given to MR [redacted] and he agreed to continue with the vehicle and the auto loan (see attachment).All issues were addressed properly according to the law for the consumer satisfaction.Please let me know if any additional information is needed [redacted] ***General Manager [redacted]

To whom it may concernThe warranty it is active and in full force with the odometer corrected, this is the number from the warranty company to call and verify any information [redacted] and the contract # [redacted] . This was a simple mistake overnighted that could be corrected with a simple phone call. I regards to the 20% interest rate I have to say respectfully that any customer with the credit score in the low 400's, repossessions, unpaid phone bills with at least 2 carries, over 20 hard inquiries on the credit for the last 24 months, credit cards always maxed out with minimum payment will ALWAYS pay the highest interest rate simply because is HIGH RISK consumer. And these decisions are made not by the dealership or vendor, they are made by the banks who will lend the money and they need to protect their asset. Very simple...Thank you

I was never told the interest rate in time of purchase I been talking to credit acceptance I will check in with them again and there's no need for my business to be put all out there that's a violation of my privacy Once I check in with credit agency I will respond back with a positive feedback Your company sucks and I will always give everyone a bad review about it thanks for screwing a customer over Have a nice day

[redacted]'s financing was a challenge due 2 past repos and very poor payment credit history. We did the best we could to get [redacted] financed and We were able to get her and her husband an SUV with high risk of financing at the highest interested rates decided by the lender 20.99% (not the dealer)....

[redacted] Purchased a vehicle with 128k miles on it and by MA law there is no warranty on it as long as is passes on state inspection ( see attached inspection report). However an extended warranty was offered and sold with the loan. There was a typo mistake that occurred in one of the contracts (only) and it has been corrected with the lender and warranty company. The extended warranty is in full force to be used as it needed. Just for the record, [redacted] still owe us $800.00 from the down payment that was never attempted to be paid as she promised in writing. We've contacted [redacted] several times and she simply refuses to honor her debt. I hope this helps this complaint. We take pride with our reputation and very seriously with our customers we wish they would do the same when it comes to payments. Thank you
